Our Purpose

Frost Farms Homeowner's Association seeks to:

• Maintain entry ways and common areas of Frost Farms;

• Serve as a representative to the City of DeSoto regarding matters in our best interest;

• Provide for common services, maintenance, preservation and architectural control;

​

• Collect disbursements and charges prescribed in the By-Laws;

​

• Administer and enforce the covenants and Deed Restrictions;

​

• Serve as a representative to  community / social organizations in support of the subdivision's interests;

​

• Execute and perform all powers, duties and functions as provided in the Declaratioin of Deed Restrictions attached to the By-Laws; and

​

• Enforce the provisions thereof.
