Frost Farms is an upscale development in southern Dallas County in DeSoto, Texas.  There are 84 lots, averaging over two acres per lot.  Homes are built on 82 lots. The living areas of many homes are between 3,500 to 10,000 square feet.  The neighborhood is located northeast of the intersection of Cockrell Hill Road and Pleasant Run Road with an entry to the community off of both Cockrell Hill and Pleasant Run.  There is a full service firehouse across the street from the southwest corner of the development.

We established this association for our diverse community to explore and discuss shared interests. We offer a variety of events throughout the year to engage neighbors and promote a strong sense of community.
