TIP OF THE MONTH (June 2019) - June is officially here and the new month yields several friendly reminders. Summer is approaching which means Texas heat will be upon us as well as the potential for inclement weather (wind gusts, tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, etc.). Consider enrolling in our city's emergency notification system! Follow these steps to sign up for the City of DeSoto Code Red Emergency Notification System:
- Visit www.desototexas.gov
- Click E-Services at the top

IN PROGRESS - Frost Farms' Beautification Project is underway! Your HOA Board has been working behind the scenes to maximize opportunities to enhance our community's curbside appeal. We look forward to in person discussions with City of DeSoto officials to learn more about and better understand the status of the City's Pleasant Run Project, and its potential impact on our Pleasant Run entrance.
Frost Farms Board is currently in the process of updating the Bylaws to comply with the lastest Texas regulations. When approved by the Board, they will be distributed to the Frost Farms Homeowners for approval. We will give plenty of notice and opportunity for input.
ICYMI (In Case You Missed It) - Our March 2019 HOA meeting featured a visit from DeSoto Mayor Curtistene McCowan. Mayor McCowan provided updates on current projects, recent accomplishments and opportunities for our city's growth and development. We also discussed several agenda items and set dates for future meetings and activities.
