We've Got News For You!

TIP OF THE MONTH (December 2019) - ‘Tis the season for quality time with family and friends! Many will entertain guests, visit loved ones and make new memories. As you go about this season, remember to be safe and take good care of yourself. Happy holidays to you and yours!

TIP OF THE MONTH (November 2019) - Sentiments of gratitude and appreciation are often associated with the month of November. Families make travel plans to visit relatives near and far. Students make plans for an extended weekend and countdown to winter break. Cooler temps and fall colors remind us that seasonal change is underway. One of the things that remain constant is a sense of community. Let’s continue to promote that sentiment, throughout this month as well as in the days that lie ahead.

ICYMI (In Case You Missed It) THANK YOU to neighbors that attended the September 23rd Annual Meeting. Board Members for the 2019 - 2020 reporting year were voted in and are already at work on behalf of our Association.

NEW PROGRESS - Frost  Farms' Beautification Project is underway! Your HOA Board has been working behind the scenes to maximize opportunities to enhance our community's curbside appeal. We are awaiting input from City of DeSoto officials to determine next steps on enhancing areas within our community.

We are also pleased to announce that a motion carried to move forward with capitol improvement plans in the median at our Pleasant Run entrance.

In the June 2019 HOA meeting, the Board agreed to review draft amendments to our Bylaws in an effort to comply with Texas statutes, particularly as it relates to collection of HOA dues. Following the July-August 2019 review, the Board will reconvene to discuss next steps. Stay tuned!
